Before Vessel
Arc's customer success team had no early warning system for churn. By the time an account showed signs of risk, the renewal conversation was already difficult. We built a predictive layer that surfaces risk signals 90 days before renewal.
After Vessel
The model trains on 14 behavioural signals: login frequency, feature adoption rate, support ticket sentiment, and eleven others. It produces a daily risk score per account and surfaces the three most influential factors.
In the first quarter, the CS team recovered six accounts that would have churned. ARR protected: $840K.
